From 1998 to 2013, Mr. Craig Fahey worked with retired Judge Milton Frosburg, a former chief judge of the Social Security Administration’s hearing office in San Diego, California. Through his association with Judge Frosburg, Mr. Craig Fahey developed the experience, knowledge and skills necessary to successfully win disability benefits for his clients. Over the course of his 20 year career, Mr. Fahey has won nearly $20 million in disability benefits for his clients.
Craig Fahey earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and then his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. He served as a summer extern for the Honorable Edward J. Garcia, District Judge of the Eastern District of California, during law school. Mr Fahey is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Nevada and is licensed as a CPA (inactive) in California. He has represented individuals in all three states, and has been involved in over 1000 hearings on Social Security Disability claims.
While attending law school, Mr. Fahey served as a summer extern to Honorable Edward J. Garcia, District Judge of the Eastern District of California.
